This summer, Pepsi® is all set to inspire the youth of Nepal with its new campaign that reiterates the brand’s SWAG philosophy.
The beverage brand unveiled a quirky TVC featuring brand ambassador and superstar Pradeep Khadka who portrays his fun side and quick wit coupled with Pepsi®’s signature SWAG.
The new film is an extension of the Har Ghoont Ma Swag proposition and shows Pepsi® ambassador Pradeep bonding with friends over a meal on a hot summer day in Kathmandu. Seeing the bunch eat using their hands, one of the friends who has just returned from abroad exclaims that they should all be exposed to the outside world.
He mentions how years have gone by and they are yet to learn table manners. Pradeep, post listening to this, takes a swig from the chilled Pepsi® bottle and reverts with SWAG that nothing has changed either about the friend too as he continues to pester everyone like always.
The movie then cuts to the new Pepsi® bottle with the Har Ghoont Ma Swag score playing in the background.
Speaking on the launch, Naseeb Puri, Senior Marketing Director, Nepal Region, PepsiCo, said, “Pepsi has always been the choice of the young generation and is one of the most loved cola drinks in the country.
This summer campaign by Pepsi truly reflects the SWAG of the youth. Pradeep lights up the screen with his effortless talent and presence, and we are confident that the campaign will be loved by all as it embodies the self-confidence of today’s generation.”
Speaking about the campaign, Pepsi brand ambassador Pradeep Khadka, said, “Pepsi’s SWAG philosophy has always resonated well with me.
The irreverent attitude of the brand is what makes it so relatable to the youth today. This film is about being confident in who you are and what you do.
I am sure my fans would love the new film and will enjoy it with a chilled, refreshing Pepsi.”
The new Pepsi® TVC will be amplified via a robust 360-degree campaign spanning TV, digital, outdoor, and social media.
Pepsi® is available in single-serve and multi-serve packs across all modern and traditional retail outlets in Nepal, as well as on leading e-commerce platforms.
