Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited marked the completion of its ninth year of establishment and entry into its 10th year by dedicating its anniversary activities to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community assistance rather than traditional formal celebrations.

Shift in Anniversary Focus to Community Support

Humanitarian Direction: In response to widespread loss of life and property caused by natural disasters across the country, the company replaced traditional ceremonial events with community-driven relief and awareness initiatives.

Disaster Sympathies: The insurer expressed condolences to families affected by severe flooding along the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa District and other impacted regions on Bhadra 10, while extending wishes for the swift recovery of injured citizens.

Financial Aid to Disaster Relief and CSR Expenditure

Flood Relief Fund Contribution: Reliable Nepal Life Insurance contributed NPR 5.1 million (NPR 51 lakh) directly to the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Rescue Fund. This sum includes a contribution equivalent to three days of salary donated by company employees.

Total CSR Expenditure: Since Shrawan 2082 (July/August 2025), the company has spent NPR 11.3 million (NPR 1.13 crore) across diverse social responsibility projects including disaster management, public healthcare, education support, blood donation drives, and life insurance awareness programs.

Sustainability Commitment: The company reaffirmed its commitment to establishing sustainable, effective CSR programs alongside core business operations to support community and national development moving forward.
