Tulsipur sub-metropolitan city

In the Tulsipur sub-metropolis of Dang, the system of passing residence maps through digital means has been introduced.

The Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan Municipality has informed in a press conference on Saturday that the residence map pass service will be started electronically from poush 1st (December 16).

Mayor Ghanshyam Pandey stated that the service is being launched as it will be transparent, quick, and effortless by displacing the existing paperwork and providing offerings through digital means. He explained that under this service building permission and digital records can be kept, online registration can be done, to check whether the file has reached or not, to check the national building code associated to building standards, map passbook, treaty, seal, surge land, the report can be viewed and certificates can be printed as well.

Similarly, there will be no need to come to the office carrying files, the trouble of dropping old documents will be eliminated, the accounting system will be transparent, all consultants can be selected and if the map is passed, the householder will receive mobile SMS,  This system will make a contribution to the growth of good governance.

Engineer Apil Acharya of the sub-metropolis stated that the trend of passing maps by entering wrong information will cease once this service is started.

Although there are about 40,000 residences in Tulsipur now solely 6,056 residences have only been mapped yet.

According to him, preparations have been started to pass the map of the Kutchi house located in that area and giving them house number too.
