Standard Chartered Bank to Close Its Book on November 23

It’s the last day to secure the dividend of Standard Chartered Bank.

The bank is closing its book on November 23, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 22 will be eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting and obtain the announced dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

Standard Chartered Bank is conducting its 36th AGM on December 11 in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 1 PM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing a 16.51 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

The meeting will also look forward to appointing an auditor and electing a director from ordinary shareholders.

Last fiscal year, the company distributed a 13.06 percent dividend to its shareholders.
