The Supreme Court has begun the process of hearing the case online.
Problems in the court process have emerged as a result of the spread of the Coronavirus. So the Supreme Court is planning to implement an online system for hearing cases.
Currently, the majority of the country’s courts have suspended operations for the month of Baisakh. Since there is no immediate way to avoid the Covid 19 infection, the courts are under pressure to use alternative approaches.
The number of cases in court is growing, but there is a risk of more complications if there is no trial. As a result, the Supreme Court is planning to begin hearing the case electronically.
The Supreme Court has created a three-member study committee to advise it on how to proceed with the online hearing process.
The internal preparations for launching the online system within a month, according to the study, are supreme. It is estimated that the judicial system will be erased if the system of resolving cases is started online.
