TikTok, video-sharing planning is planning to rapidly expand e-commerce in the United States.
This year TikTok may launch group messaging features.
TikTok is already carrying out ‘live-streamed shopping, a mobile phone version of the June TV commercial channels, where users can purchase products with a few taps. With the group messaging features, Tiktok users use the app long time.
TikTok is very famous among teenagers and young adults. TikTok has been expanding live streaming and e-commerce but now with this chat function influencers can easily connect with more fans.
Due to an aggressive attack by the Trump administration, many updates on the app were on hold. Now, Company is currently evaluating when and where it will launch the group chats function on TikTok.

The Trump administration has said that TikTok poses national security risks because the Chinese government could collect personal information from US users. TikTok, which has over 100 million users in the US, has denied all the claims.
According to one of the sources, the group chat messaging service would most likely be unencrypted.
Tiktok seems to be quitting the desktop experience and going straight to e-commerce, said Jack Smith, Mind share’s innovative technology officer who is part of the WPP. “TikTok is a great place for live stream e-commerce,” Smith said.
