Two Persons Of Sun City Apartment Test Positive For Coronavirus

Two out of three from a family of Sun City Apartments in Pepsi Cola, Kathmandu tested positive for novel coronavirus.

The family returned from the  UK almost a month ago. When they showed the symptoms of the Coronavirus, they were admitted to the Patan Hospital.

The reports of the rapid diagnostic test showed positive results for Coronavirus on April 13. The swab test of the two of three done at the Teku-based National Public Health Laboratory showed that they had been infected with the Coronavirus.

The total number of COVID-19 infected patients in the country has reached 16, with this case.

The government is making preparations to conduct the test of the people staying in Sun City Apartments. Meanwhile, the government has sealed the Sun City Apartments, which houses more than 2,000 people. This action was taken to reduce the spread of viruses outside the apartment.
