Chinese manufacture, Vivo might come with its own with Origin OS by the end of the year. As per a report from popular Weibo leakster, Digital Chat Station (DCS) VIVO will replace it’s Funtouch OS with the Origin OS.
Originally, As announced by the Project Manager of the UI department at Vivo on Weibo, Vivo was to switching to JOVI OS. Later, the team decided to abandon the project discontinuing the development of Jovi OS.

DCS says the Origin OS will replace the Funtouch OS with significant improvements, although the improvements haven’t been disclosed yet. Apparently, Origin OS stands for “Original Operating System”. According to the reports, the new OS will come with new and complete features and is also expected to be among one of the best Android UI customizations out there.

Later this year, Vivo might launch a new Vivo X60 with 33W fast-charging, powered by 765G SoC and 8GB RAM. Vivo will probably launch the “Origin OS” with the Vivo X60 between November and December.
But there has been no word from the company about both the Origin OS and the VIVO X60. So, let’s hope both the Origin OS and Vivo X60 launches later this year.
