Polly Rodriguez and the Women of Sex Tech company had many barriers around them as they are not allowed to advertise on the various social media platform. Facebook and Instagram are some of the social media whose guidelines don’t allow women of sex Tech coalition to advertise. Moreover, banking and finance company also do not support them as their bank account tends to shut down all the time and the Insurance company doesn’t give them the policy. Women entrepreneurs in the field of sex tech seem to be in the minority as men run around 70 percent of the sex product companies. The most significant challenge is raising money. As the entrepreneurs and workers of the women sex tech are females, they lack male investors. The study shows more than Ninety percent of partners at the top 100 ventures worldwide are males.

Although, various barriers, Ms. Rodriguez and the women of sex tech coalition seem to be positive about the company as she said, “The current political climate has generated even more interest from women in her products and agenda”.
