Muktinath Bikas Bank has launched a virtual (online) support service named ‘Ask Mukti Bhai‘ to support digitization. The bank has introduced the service through its website for the convenience of its customers.
Customers will be able to obtain information about the products and services of the bank through this virtual support service. As well as details related to the bank, customer inquiries are fast and simple. This service would be available 24 hours a day for people with access to the Internet.
It is said that this artificial intelligence chat service has been placed into action using the new digital banking system.
According to the bank, you can access the service by going to the bank’s website and clicking on Ask Mukti Bhai or the bank’s mascot ‘Muktibhai’ on the right.
The Bank has announced that free cash can be withdrawn from the ATMs of any bank on the Visa network to facilitate digital transactions.
In the same way, mobile banking, QR code scanning, online loan application, online account opening, internet banking, deposit in the account, etc. can be done from home without visiting the bank branch.
