Optimizing Customer Service in Nepal Telecom Operations, Even on Public Holidays

Even during public holidays, Nepal Telecom will provide customer assistance.

According to a recent notice, the telecom would run customer service on May 1 and 2 as public holidays for PSTN, ADSL, FTTH, GSM tariff payment, SIM distribution, and change-related activities.

From 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., the counter will be open.

Sundhara, Naxa, Chabahil, Hattigaunda, Gongbu, Chhauni, Patan, Thimi, Banepa, Hetauda, Bharatpur, and Tandy offices will open counters under this initiative.
