Global IME Bank to issue 5 billion share bond.

The bank has sent an application to the Nepal securities board to release a shared bond named ‘Global IME Debenture 2084/87’.

After getting approval from the board bank has decided to release a 5 billion 70 lakhs share bond.

According to the board, the amount the bank has to be shared is 20 lakhs for ordinary people and 30 lakhs for personal buyers.

Five years duration of the bonds per year interest is 11.27 percent.

This share bonds expulsion, and the manager is Sunrise Capital.
