Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank had started its journey as a B-class institution following the merger of Mahalaxmi Finance, Malika Vikas Bank, and Siddartha Finance Limited in July 2016.

It started an integrated transaction in September 2016.

Recently, Mahalaxmi Development Bank has launched a missed call service to reduce the risk of the Covid-19 epidemic.

The bank has launched the Mahalakshmi Missed Call service with the objective of providing modern banking services to its customers at home.

It also launched services for facilitating the relationship between the customer and the bank.

In this service launched by the bank, customers will be able to make a missed call on mobile number 9847387524.

The customers can give a missed call if they need any information about banking services, information about the bank’s branches.

Also, they can get any information related to the bank’s savings and loans.

Immediately, the representative of the bank will call the concerned customer and provide the information.

In this service, the representative of the bank informs the customers about the usage method and its usefulness of digital banking.

And also if there is any problem or suggestion related to the bank, the bank will take the information and solve it appropriately.
