OPTICAL NETWORK IS BEING MODERNIZED IN COLLABORATION WITH SUBISU AND NOKIA:

Subisu’s network expanding 1500 km east-west, has expanded its 400 Gbps single optical fiber solution in collaboration with Nokia.

Subisu is the largest serving internet service provider in Nepal.  It provides the best high-speed optical fiber internet packages and Digital TV with 275+ channels.

Nokia Corporation is a Finnish multinational telecommunications, information technology, and consumer electronics company, founded in 1865.

COMPANIES COLLABORATION FOR MODERNIZATION  OF OPTICAL NETWORK

The company will focus to address the growing demand for the Internet.

Nokia’s state-of-the-art solution will provide high-speed and high-quality Internet and intranet services will significantly enhance the broadband services provided by Subisu.

The main aim of Nokia is to provide high-speed broadband internet and intranet to Subisu’s retail and corporate customers.

First time in Nepal, Nokia has launched a single optical fiber solution with a capacity of 400 Gbps.

It will also help to establish a new market by addressing Subisu’s growing bandwidth needs.

Now, Subisu customers will be able to experience more high-quality broadband services at a higher speed.

The 400 Gbps single fiber Nokia 1830 Photonic Service Switch (PSS) platform offering Photonic Service Engine (PSE), two-way wavelength division multiplexing is connected across the country.

This is the first operation of such a solution in the world.

Nokia’s 400 Gbps single fiber solution significantly improves fiber capacity.

Not only that it will also help to make Subisu’s network more robust by optimizing solution costs and reducing operation costs.

This solution allows Subisu to easily provide a multi-terabit capacity network through a single fiber.

Nokia’s industry-leading products and solutions are helping to provide high-speed and high-quality broadband services to Subisu customers.

Nokia is the sole vendor for this important project. And its solutions have enabled us to provide a high-quality experience and service to the customers through the services.

 And it has enabled service providers like Subisu to meet growing demand and further refine the customer experience.

It is pleasure to see the successful and timely completion of this important project to modernize Subisu’s optical network and deliver high returns.
