Techfest at IIT Bombay, renowned as one of Asia’s premier events celebrating creativity and innovation, is extending its reach to the heart of Nepal with Technorion Nepal 2023.
This regional competition, in its third edition, is tailored exclusively for Nepal and is set to take place at the Advanced College of Engineering and Management in collaboration with the Advanced Robotics Club (ARC).
Techfest, evolving over 22 years as a cornerstone of technological and scientific exploration, has now transcended boundaries through regional competitions like Technorion. The event aims to inspire youth and foster innovation by providing a platform for students with diverse backgrounds to showcase their talents and engage in technology-related tasks and competitions.
Scheduled for November 30th and December 1st, 2023, Technorion Nepal 2023 promises to be a hub for coding, mathematics, and electronics enthusiasts. ARC, in collaboration with the Advanced College of Engineering and Management, will host four major events: Cozmo Clench, Meshmerize, Codecode, and Techfest Olympiad. The top two teams from each event will earn a direct entry to the prestigious Techfest Grand Finale at IIT Bombay from December 27th to 29th, 2023.
In addition to the main events, participants can immerse themselves in robot races, interactive workshops, and esports. Attendees will also have the opportunity to showcase their innovative projects, with multiple food stalls adding to the festive atmosphere.
