23rd June 2026, Kathmandu राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा) को प्रथम महाधिवेशनअन्तर्गत दोस्रो दिनको बन्दसत्र सोमबार भरतपुरमा सुरु हुँदैछ । महाधिवेशनबाट सभापति, र केन्द्रीय सदस्यका लागि निर्वाचन हुने भएको छ । रास्वपामा ९९ केन्द्रीय सदस्य पदका लागि चुनाव हुनेछ भने बाँकी सदस्य मनोनीत गरिने व्यवस्था छ । पार्टीको केन्द्रीय समिति १५८ सदस्यीय रहनेछ र प्रदेश सभापतिहरू पदेन केन्द्रीय सदस्य हुनेछन् । सुदूरपश्चिमबाट केन्द्रीय सदस्य पदका उम्मेदवार केपी खनालले महाधिवेशनले जनताले वैकल्पिक राजनीतिको पक्षमा दिएको म्यान्डेट पूरा गर्न सक्षम नेतृत्व चयन गर्ने विश्वास व्यक्त गरे। उनले सुदूरपश्चिमको आवाजलाई केन्द्रसम्म पुर्याउने उद्देश्यसहित उम्मेदवारी दिएको बताए । उनले भने, ‘आजबाट सुरु भएको बन्दसत्रले रास्वपाले वैकल्पिक राजनीतिको रूपमा जनताले दिएको म्यान्डेट पूरा गर्नका लागि राम्रो नेतृत्व आउँछ भन्नेमा हामी विश्वस्त छौँ। म सुदूरपश्चिमबाट प्रतिनिधित्व गर्दैछु। मलाई ठूलो चाहना छैन, सुदूरपश्चिमको आवाजलाई केन्द्रमा पुर्याउने, सरकारमा जनप्रतिनिधित्व भएर होस् वा पार्टीमा केन्द्रीय सदस्य भएर होस्। त्यसकारण सुदूरपश्चिमको भूगोलबाट म केन्द्रीय सदस्य पदको उम्मेदवार छु।’ उनले सुदूरपश्चिमसहित देशभरका प्रतिनिधिले आफूलाई योग्य ठाने मतदान गर्न सक्ने उल्लेख गर्दै पार्टीभित्र कुनै गुट–उपगुट नभएको दाबी गरे। ‘सबैजना उत्साहित हुनुहुन्छ, कुनै गुट उपगुट छैन। कोही व्यक्ति कोहीभन्दा कम छैन,’ उनले भने। त्यस्तै, रास्वपाका सांसद रहबर अन्सारीले पार्टीलाई विचारबाट प्रेरित लोकतान्त्रिक र उदारवादी शक्ति भएको बताए। उनले वर्तमान विश्व राजनीतिमा परम्परागत वाम–दक्षिण (लेफ्ट–राइट) राजनीतिक वर्गीकरणको सान्दर्भिकता घट्दै गएको धारणा राखे। अन्सारीले भने, ‘आजको ग्लोबल र समकालीन राजनीतिमा राइट स्पेक्ट्रम, लेफ्ट स्पेक्ट्रम, सेन्टर राइट वा सेन्टर लेफ्ट भन्ने वर्गीकरण धेरै हदसम्म आउटडेटेड भइसकेको छ। संसारका धेरै राजनीतिक दललाई स्पष्ट रूपमा यस्तो वर्गमा राख्न कठिन छ।’ उनले रास्वपा लोकतान्त्रिक र उदारवादी पार्टी भएको उल्लेख गर्दै परम्परागत पार्टी भन्दा फरक रहेको बताए । उनले भने, ‘रास्वपा डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी हो भन्ने कुरा हामी स्पष्ट रूपमा बुझिरहेका छौँ। हाम्रो पार्टी साम्यवादमा विश्वास गर्दैन। हामी लिबरल नै हौँ र हाम्रो ओरिएन्टेसन परम्परागत पार्टीभन्दा फरक छ। बाँकी विषयमा पार्टीको दस्तावेजले अझ स्पष्टता दिनेछ।’ ICT Frame is an online magazine for the community belonging to information and communication technology which also provides two versions of magazine based on native and international language.
